Well, our mini-vacation to New York has come to a close and its back to the real world. Gosh - I love that place!! I'm waiting on Matt to post our pictures to Flickr so that I can share them. We had a great (but rather FREEZING) time. As fun as New York is, I am always amazed at how much easier life in the Midwest seems after just a little bit of time there. I just can't imagine how people live their entire lives in 400 sq foot, $4,000 a month apartments without real grocery stores or Target!!! We did a lot of shopping (I made it to two NYC yarn stores), a lot of eating, saw a Broadway show, went to a taping of the Late Show, and I swear we must have walked at least 50 miles in the 4 days we were there! I'll post more tomorrow...
